Your take over time is 3.00pm (subject to unavoidable delays) you must leave the accommodation by 10.00am and you are expected to leave everything clean and tidy, you will be held responsible to make good or pay for any damages to the accommodation or fittings. If our accommodation is left in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to refuse any future holiday booking with us.
We ask that you do not arrive before 3.00p on arrival day if you do take over the accommodation before the specified time without checking with us first, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of your accommodation, it is therefore in your own interest not to arrive before the stated time.
The total number of persons within your party you wish to bring must be specified when booking.
PETS small pets allowed by request,any arriving with a pet without prior notice will be refused entry
Wheelchair/Disabled persons our lounge is spacious with no obstacles in the way; however, our bathroom/bedrooms/doors are not wide enough to fit a wheelchair or any other mobility apparatus.
The owners accept no liability for any alteration to the advertised entertainment/amenities which is beyond their control
Once a booking has been made the deposit paid is for the specified date only and CANNOT be transferred to another date, when the £60 deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation letter and receipt in the post, this will be the only invoice that you will receive, the remaining balance will then be communicated via text message or email. It is your responsibility to keep track of the remaining balance which needs to be paid six weeks before your arrival date.
To secure your booking, we require a £60 deposit which is non-refundable. this deposit is deducted from the cost of your holiday.
A £50 refundable damages fee covers minor damage E.G anything that can be replaced or repaired up to the value of £50. If there is any major damage caused that is over the value of £50, you will be liable to pay for any repairs or replacement required. The £50 refundable damages fee, will be returned to you within 5 working days of your departure providing the chalet has been left in a satisfactory condition.
This is a NO SMOKING chalet please respect our wishes smoke outside and way from the chalet and please do NOT leave cigarette butts on the floor, any cleaning due to smoking in the chalet will result in a charge being made. If payment is not received within 14 days, we will then have no option but to take legal action to retrieve what is owed.
We guarantee the price of your holiday at the time of booking, there will be no surcharges added, if the rate happens to change after your booking, your initial holiday price will not be affected.
We regret that bookings from groups of either young women or young men cannot be accepted, we do not book our chalet to anyone under the age of 18
Availability The booking is made on the understanding that the accommodation will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this be not possible, through circumstances not under the control of the owner, (E.G fire leakage, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative property in which case all monies paid shall be refunded in full, the hirer shall have no further claim with us
We shall not be liable for any death of, or injury caused to any person on holiday/accommodating our chalet. We are also not liable for any loss of or damage to the property of any such person.
We hope you will have a peaceful holiday however we shall not be held responsible for any noise or disturbance from neighbouring or adjoining property out of our control please talk to someone at reception if noise and disturbances is an ongoing issue.
Unreasonable behaviour we will not allow antisocial behaviour to compromise the enjoyment of other holiday makers in adjoining or nearby holiday chalets. Loud music, or unacceptable noise level especially late at night. if bad behaviour persists you may be asked to leave the park by the sundowner park management and by Two Hoots Holidays.
Cancellations you have the right to cancel your holiday at any time, however, you will not be refunded for any payments made as we cannot guarantee a replacement booking for you specified date. You have up to 6 weeks before your arrival date to make full payment, failure to do so gives us the right to cancel your booking and to re-let your specified date.
Before any cancellation on our part, we will attempt to make contact with you via phone, social media or in writing, failure to reply will result in the cancellation of your booking.
The chalet door key is your reasonability if you should lose the key you are liable to pay for a replacement or a locksmith. We do provide a key safe you may consider putting the key in the safe when you go out to ensure that it is not lost whilst you are out and about having fun.
The chalet number and key safe number will be sent to you via text the morning of your arrival.
Personal property please make sure you take everything with you when it's time to leave, as we reserve the right to dispose of any items left behind
Covid 19 if government travel restrictions stop you from traveling, we will give you a complete refund
